1. final
助记：fin(终，极)+ al(…的)→终极的→最终的
释义：a. 最后的，最终的，决定性的
举例：
Youmust have been on stage until the final curtain。
你肯定是在台上一直呆到终场。
2. confine
助记：con(加强)+ fin(范围)+ e →给出范围→限制
释义：v. 限制;n. 界限，边界
举例：
Letus not confine all our thoughts to the pretty occurrences of the day。
我们不要把所有的注意力都局限在那天发生的微不足道的事情上。
3. define
助记：de(加强)+ fin(范围)+ e →使有范围→给…下定义，限定
释义：v. 定义，详细说明
举例：
Itis hard for us to define those abstract items。
我们很难给那些抽象的事物下定义。
4. infinite
助记：in(无)+ fin(范围)+ ite(…的)→没有范围的→无限的
释义：a. 无穷的，无限的
举例：
